Jay Klima has over 30 years of civil engineering experience and has successfully completed over 250 projects including public and private K-12, higher education, transportation facilities, offices, parks, industrial, worship facilities, and various municipal and federal facilities. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida.

Selby Weeks has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering. He has designed and managed a wide range of projects including hospitals, medical offices and clinics, ancillary medical, senior living, general office, financial institutions, retail, industrial, worship facilities, and parks. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
